Over a Century of Community
Founded in 1924, Provincetown Tennis Club has been a cornerstone of our community for over 100 years. More than a place to play, PTC is where friendships are formed, families gather and generations come together on and off the court.
Supporting Youth Through After School Programming
One of the Foundation’s most meaningful initiatives is supporting the after-school tennis program for students at Provincetown Public School. Donations help provide coaching, equipment, and court time, ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate while building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game.

Investing In Our Courts: Renovation & Expansion
The Foundation is committed to preserving the 100-year old historically designated clubhouse and grounds. The club was born during Provincetown's transition from a bustling fishing port to a world-renowned art colony. While the town’s painters were capturing the light on canvas, the PTC was providing a social anchor for year-rounders, artists and summer residents alike. The clubhouse, with its rustic wooden beams and wraparound porch, has served as a backdrop for generations of "apres-tennis" gatherings, survived countless Atlantic storms, and remained remarkably preserved in its original character. The Foundation allows us to continue to make repairs and renovations to the clubhouse as needed and ensure it remains a permanent fixture of the Bradford Street landscape and broader Provincetown community.
